Choosing the right Eve Spectrum Model

I've been stuck on the asus vg248qe forever, mostly because it's the only monitor I could get the motion clarity I desire.

I have decided to move to IPS and am looking at Eve Spectrum. I am definitely not going 4k and planning on 2 1440p models. My rig will have a single 3080 or 3080ti.

The questions are:

• Do I get the 240hz or 144hz model?

• With current video cards, I don't believe any reliably run games at 240fps. So what is the benefit of 240hz?

• Would both monitors have the same features the Chief has discussed with them on strobing and overdrive customization?

• Could someone refresh me on strobing rules and hz?

I'm not convinced that Eve is going to deliver on these monitors. It may make sense to look into other options.
