Good afternoon! I am the owner of the ASUS TUF VG259QM monitor, but in 5 months of ownership I have not found optimal colour settings. Maybe someone has experience and someone can share the settings on the monitor itself and the icc profile? At the moment I use 280 hertz + g-sync. Thank you.

You can try the settings and icc-profile from rtingsI1entos wrote: ↑16 Jun 2021, 00:11Good afternoon! Re: The Official *Asus VG259QM* Owners Thread (+ Secret Overdrive)
Interesting - read one post on another forum from 2020.
I have just purchased the Asus PG259QN 360 Hz monitor to go with the EVGA 3080ti FTW3 Ultra I was lucky to get from the EVGA Queue, with 40% off to boot - my future RNG in all games has now gone.
So today, I was upgrading my RAM on my B450 Tomahawk Max ATX board, Ryzen 7 5800X, from G-Skill 3200 to G-Skill 3600 - checked compatibility and no problem.
Plan was install, boot into BIOS, retick XMP and Re-Bar and back to normal - easy peasy.
Nope.
Could not get into BIOS.
Long story short after doing several things, I went with my gut right from the start and swapped back to my ASUS 165hz monitor - and booted into BIOS no problem. And yes, before I did that I dropped my 360Hz monitor down to 144 and it didn't work. Did the slow boot as well.
So this is a problem, I've read one other poster who had same problem.
Is there a known problem with the ASUS PG259QN 360Hz monitor not being able to display BIOS screen?
Thank-you all and appreciate any help.

Usual thing to check first: Look if there's a BIOS update for your board.

Hey, I have VG259QM, couldn't get post for bios with 1080ti. I had to update display port version of GPU it was 1.2 ? I guess and I had to update it 1.4 or something I am not sure. Nvidia has a separate software for that update. May be you can check on that or try a different Display port cable or HDMI cable to get a post ?

BIOS is all updated, but being new here, I couldn't edit the post until Moderator approval - thank-you.
Having said that, I posted this in the wrong forum - should have been the PG259QNR thread - so off to post there - thank-you.

Strange, went from the ASUS 165Hz monitor to the ASUS PG259QNR 360 Hz monitor and no BIOS - switched back to old monitor and no problem.Shing0 wrote: ↑03 Jul 2021, 12:38Hey, I have VG259QM, couldn't get post for bios with 1080ti. I updated some drivers, one of which was Display Port - but can't see how that had changed between monitors.
Haven't tried booting back into BIOS since I installed the new RAM, everything smoking along..but it will happen, and having to move another monitor and attach will be a pain - so hoping for a solution. As I mentioned, read one other post from 2020 of a person who had the exact problem - BIOS/Chipset fully updated, latest nVidia Drivers.

Re: The Official *Asus VG259QM* Owners Thread (+ Secret Overdrive)
I am currently in process of picking a better monitor. Currently have an ASUS VG248QG which is a 0.5ms 165Hz panel.
I plan to play my games with Gsync enabled and around 120 to 240 fps.
I was considering to get a VG259QM or a VG279QM, but then I realized those monitors have horrible input lag at lower refresh rates. So now I am puzzled, since one of my games will be running at 120fps in g-sync, that translates to 120hz for the monitor. So I figure at that point I will already be getting quiet an amount of input lag with the two monitors mentioned above or will that not be the case?
