Alienware AW2518HF, is my Freesync / AdaptiveSync working correctly?

The problem is not freesync but the game. I solved it like this:
1) Disable SMT in bios (Fortnite works best with single-core).
2) Disable HPET in bios and in win10.
3) Use DX12 instead of DX11. After stuttering in the early hours, the DX12 will stabilize for cache. It will become much more stable without fps drop end-game.
4) LLM off (nvidia panel).
5) Let me know
