1440p 144 hz on 24" why not produced anymore ??
1440p 144 hz on 24" why not produced anymore ??
it seems like that 1440p 144hz with 24" monitors r slowly disappearing from the market and im seriously asking myself why companies dont produce any 1440p 24" with 144/165/240 hz tn or ips panels right now. especially when nvidias 3000 serie gets released these monitors would sell like cake. 24" or 25" is still the sweetspot for gaming and with a 123 dpi games would look insane. some people argue that 1440p is overkill on 24" but thats the biggest bullshit ever cause we see tons of 4k 27" or 32" gets released and they have way higher dpi than 1440p on 24".
Re: 1440p 144 hz on 24" why not produced anymore ??
Probably because they don't sell well so companies stop making them, 27" at 1440p is way more popular and 1080 24" is the "esports size" and with 360hz and higher monitors coming out doubt that will change.
Re: 1440p 144 hz on 24" why not produced anymore ??
it just blows my mind that i have to buy a used dell s2417dg if i want a decent 1440p 24" monitor right now when the market is so oversaturated with 1440p 27"

I've been wondering why 24/25 inch 1440p gaming monitors don't really exist. I suppose the market just isn't there, not nearly enough demand for them. I'd be interested if one was released, but only if it was an IPS panel as well (I know the S2417dg is a TN panel). I'd have to imagine a 123 PPI IPS monitor would look pretty amazing.
