AW2521HF and VG259QM pixelwalk ?

When I run Ufo test Ghosting/Pursuit camera (fullscreen) there are moving ufos and there are black stripes with grey squares between them and these squares are flickering,on Asus all squares in all stripes and on Dell (on 2nd Dell unit I believe,there was no flickering) only squares in 1 or 2 stripes are flickering.

Is this a pixel walk and it is the reason for returning monitor ?
