Which one 360 is better by motion clarity - less response time (less blurring) and less overdrive artifacts? By Asus or Alienware?

I picked up the VG279QM a few days ago and last night installed it. It's amazing! Better than my Omen X 25f. On a startup this morning my entire screen was a dirty brown after I installed another 2x8 GB sticks. I don't know what happened but I am freaking out. Hasn't happened since but I don't need any more PC problems, hahQ83Ia7ta wrote: ↑05 Jan 2021, 21:26I haven't any 360hz monitor but I'm on VG279QM and for me it's definitely better than XL2540 (1st gen 240hz TN) or XF252QX (2nd gen 240hz TN) by refresh rate and fully no overdrive artifacts @ 280hz and overdrive setting: 80.BTRY B 529th FA BN wrote: ↑31 Dec 2020, 13:50I'm seeing the input lag on the Asus VG279QM Native Resolution @ 280Hz of 1.7ms, and 1.6ms for this 360Hz. How much lower latency does 360Hz offer over the 280Hz, between these two monitors, and is it worth it? I can pick up either of these monitors right now at my local MC.
They use the same panel. RTings reviewed both of them and there are pretty much identical in their testing. The Asus has a better stand from what I seen over the Alienware. MSI and Acer are releasing there 350hz monitors soon but I believe they all use the same panel the differences will be minuscule if any at all panel wise. Also some models might come with the Reflex Latency Analyzer feature. The aesthetics and stands will be different depending on the brand you go with and of course price.

I currently play Valorant and CSGO. My specs are: 9900KS RTX2080 Super.PMaestro wrote: ↑25 Dec 2020, 20:31Hey,
What kind of games do you play if you don't mind me asking?
I want to make the purchase, but Dyac+ is just really good, I had the omen x25f before the 2546k
I play a lot of FPS games and considering this purchase.
What specs are your PC also?
Thanks in advance
in response time the alienwere wins. In clarity of movement and ghost they are basically very similar. ELMB on alienwere is better than on asus and asus doesn't even have sharpness control, which is terrible
I've started to trust less RTINGS since they wrote AW2521H is 25" and PG259QN is 24" monitor, while both of them are 24.5".Geekdll wrote: ↑06 Jan 2021, 22:50They use the same panel.
