Help finding 240hz monitor, PC and PS4

Hello,

I plan on a new PC build, waiting on 3070 or 3080 so could be waiting till 2021 before that's ready. In meantime I'm using my PS4 pro. Id like to buy a 240hz monitor now and use with the PS4 then be ready when switching to PC. I saw the XG258Q mentioned is good for 60 and 240 but it seems to no longer be available.

I have been researching for days on Reddit and here, problem is every model seems out of stock.

-Will be in basement-light controlled
-Standard desk setup, looking 24"
-Budget 400ish
-FPS shooter games

Any suggestions? TIA

Looking at rtings measurements

its seems the AW2521HF has lowest input lag for 240 and 60. Does that seem correct?

For the PS4, Do I want to refer to 'Input Lag Native Resolution @ 60hz' or 'Input Lag variable Refresh Rate @60hz'?
