WQHD with RTX2060?

Hey guys!
Quick question: how many FPS do you guys think i can get out of this setup - i5 9400f, RTX2060, 8GB RAM on a 2560×1440p gaming monitor?
I want to hit minimum 144HZ on shooter games like cod warzone and apex legends consistently. Should I consider buying a WQHD Monitor or should i lean towards 1080p?
