So I’m new to the forums but made sure to search them before posting my question. Please forgive me if it is found somewhere in the forums here and I didn’t see it. So I have 3x aw2521h monitors. Bought 2 of them a year ago and the 3rd about 6 months ago. I have been trying to get Nvidia surround to work with them for months. I have done some research but haven’t found a fix. I should be able to run 3x1 at 5760x1080 but it only allows 3072x768 looks horrid and has black bars. The first twos firmware is MOB102 and the thirds is MOB105. The vertical front porch on the MOB102 firmwares is set to 3 and the MOB105 is 207 by default. Those are the only differences. I have confirmed that the MOB102 monitors display a 2x1 @ 3840x1080 and if I combine a MOB102 and MOB105 it gives me a funky XXXXx768 resolution.

Are there any recommendations from y’all that I should try that won’t break my monitor. I have contacted Dell and they are pushing it off as an Nvidia issue and I’m sure Nvidia is gonna say it’s a Dell issue. I have tested this with two GPUs on two different systems with the same results.

Hoping y’all have some recommendations as I’m at a loss to figuring this one out. Dell is being tight lipped about firmware and all they give out are drivers that won’t change the firmware on the monitor.

Thanks,

I can't comment on your issue but did just recently receive a replacement AW2521H. Everything seems newer except the NV FW number, but I assume this is some weird naming scheme and it's newer too. I've no idea though!

Hopefully this fixes the g-sync module crashing once every few weeks, and black screens during PS5 VRR use over HDMI.

Hey man. May I ask what is the button combination to u enter the service menu? I've tried many on my AW2521H and none worked.

Oh yeah, tried bunch already. '18HF model has a different button layout and nvidia wasn't involved. AW2721D is identical but didn't found the combo online. I even contacted Techless because as seen in review he did manage to open it on his '21D, but he didn't reply. Other classic Dell combinations like on S2721DGF also didn't work.

Ignore the joystick. Hold power button whilst pushing 1 and 3 simultaneously. Push 4 once it turns on.
