The bottom line is that it is easy for manufacturers to do (especially with the help of Blur Busters).

I suspect 60 Hz strobe is definitely something it takes some time to get used, especially if you haven't used it for 15 years like some of us. I wish you (us) luck with this and I hope they don't just make their own shell certification - "BlurWrecker - we approve all of our members' top models!"
