After two days of use, I can confidently say that it is more comfortable than the 240hz ips monitors I tried (VG259QM/AW2521HF/LG 27GN750). I do have the blue light filter up to half and brightness intelligence on (It's really useful), but still I never really noticed anything but really mild discomfort after 8+ hours of use. Also color performance is about the same, with a bit more ghosting.

Got the BenQ EX2510 some days ago and I've been testing it. I don't have any serious complaint with image quality or ghosting. I can see inversion artifacts if I move the camera at a certain speed but it's very subtle and I haven't seen any 1080p monitor that doesn't suffer from this. I think its size (24,5") is optimal for 1080p and it has a good stand with a wide variety of adjustments.

I've been using in with the standard color mode and AMA 1 setting. The colors look nice with no need of an sRGB mode and the response times are very good with no ghosting or overshoot. To my surprise, I was able to enable 10 bit color depth in Radeon settings even though the monitor is advertised as 8 bit.

I play with FreeSync enabled and a 60 fps cap in all games. I've had issues making FreeSync work reliably but I think it's related to Windows or some games' optimization and not to the monitor. The only real issue with this monitor for me is that the OSD is very barebones, and I would like it to have a refresh rate counter for FreeSync operation (it only shows the current fixed refresh rate on the menu).
