So much for the XG2431 coming to EU.
Chief, will we get another blurbusters approved 2.0 monitor this year in EU this time?

The XG2431, after reading all the above, I consider it to be the definitive monitor to play on console!

I am European (Spanish), and there is still no information on when it will arrive here.

I'm thinking of buying it imported through amazon.

Chief, tell me what would be the link through which I support Blur Buster with my purchase !! I am very grateful and I want to support you
The link at the beginning should work:

However, if it geolocates to a different Amazon country without XG2431, you can copy and paste:

Is there any way for console players to get custom crosshair on this monitor? I know theres work arounds with Pc players with apps that you can download. Just not sure if there’s any chance, I e used other monitors that had this option and it was great for hip fire accuracy. Thanks

This specific model does not have a hardware-based crosshairs feature that works with consoles.
That's a feature mainly found in ViewSonics' "ELITE" series.

Hi Everyone! First post on this forum. :D
Like many others, I was thoroughly impressed with the strobing this display is capable of, especially with the QFT tweak done by following the guide on this forum. I was able to get a 4600 VT at ~60Hz (and 2320 at ~120Hz, the native VT at 240Hz being 1160) working on my display and the strobing was magnificent. However, I remember trying to turn on FreeSync (after disabling the strobing) and the display refusing to accept a signal at Windows desktop. After rebooting, I was able to get the display to accept a signal (without the display showing anything, but I could navigate the OSD) and I forced FreeSync off. The display was in working order again, and FreeSync was working too. However, I simply have not been able to get the monitor to accept high VTs anymore. (That said, ~120Hz (2320 VT) and the default 240Hz setup still works flawlessly.) The lowest it will "accept" is a custom 75Hz, but it will flicker on and off every 3 seconds or so. I wonder, why is it refusing to accept VTs that were once working? Before I tweaked anything with ToastyX, I made a backup of the original defaults. Even when importing those and trying to get the same VT of 4600 at ~60Hz, the monitor will simply show a black screen and not work. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation?
Thanks for reading ;)

I'm in UK and looking for a new monitor/TV with best motion clarity for 60hz/fps that can run BFI with VRR without significant input lag. This monitor sounds like it ticks all the boxes but isn't available in UK. Are there any alternatives I should consider? I read the LG CX TV is good as it has low pixel reponse time and BFI at both 60hz and 120hz unlike the new models, but is a lot more expensive than a monitor. I don't need 4k just best motion clarity at 60fps as I'm a console gamer.

Best regards
BYF

You can't do both BFI and VRR simultaneously with this model of monitor.

You can only do either BFI (PureXP) or VRR (G-SYNC Compatible / FreeSync Premium / VESA Adaptive-Sync). That being said, you can switch between the two modes, by simply turning VRR off then PureXP on in the monitor menus.

Right now, there's no BFI+VRR monitor out-of-the-box that can do single-strobe 60 Hz VRR, although I am trying to change that (behind the scenes at manufacturers).

I guess for motion clarity Pure XP will be far more important for me, my current monitor doesn't even have VRR. How far off are we seeing a monitor/TV that can do 60hz single strobe with VRR? And is it even technically possible/viable? Because if frame rate was to dip in the low 50s or 40s even, single strobe would look horrible at such a low refresh.

Edit: I definitely think 60hz single strobe is most important to me any suggestions for alternative monitors/TV to the XG2431 for the series X. As I cannot find any available in UK.
