I wonder why Viewsonic not especify XG2431 include PureXP+
Players than only read this announcement in web news, and not go deep to forums to know details, and want MBR monitor, maybe include it in a list of never buy by mistake !
The good thing about this imprecise info, is than can appear more good surprises. For instance, if XG321UG finaly can use ULMB ? Could be a beast, not in the eSports frequency race market, but yes for 4K 60-100 FPS games with good motion blur reduction, work, smooth browsing scrooling thogether with high dpi fonts, smooth video streaming, etc...
If can run thogether FALD MiniLED 1,152 zones, with 1400 nits peak during short MPRT shoots, and taking advantage of the modularity of MiniLED to implement Rolling Scan. Wow, would be a shocking strobing monitor ! But ULMB is implemented ? unlocked ? improved with rolling ? To many doubts must be cleared. Let's see what Nvidia has done here, if they listen BlurBusters claims to improve motion handling.
Imagine if result than this MiniLED monster come with BlurBusters Approved sticker in the bezel

Probably too late, but i sure hope it lets us tweak stuff like service menus in benq monitors in case viewsonic doesnt do it perfectly
Hopefully its also going to be tuned very well for non-strobing usage

+1
TFTCentral blog say XG321UG come with DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.0
https://www.tftcentral.co.uk/blog/views ... backlight/
Hope Viewsonic finaly add HDMI 2.1, or this monitor is DOA for almost all next gen console users. External adapter can be used to input DP 1.4 DSC signal, and output HDMI 2.1 , but is expensive and maybe add input lag. Sure people go straight to HDMI 2.1 screen. For connectivity there are DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0
Also no reference of ULMB, this is another big doubt to solve. ASUS PG32UQX, Acer X32 and Viewsonic XG321UG seems would use the same AUO panel and last gen GSync Ultimate module. Include ULMB feature is a brand decision or NVidia decision ?

A Russlan store called 4k-monitor has XG2431 listed for 33000 RUB ~ 447$. Sorry I can't post links yet.
It's a "premium" type store, so I can imagine the lowest price on the market to be 20% less, and also keep in mind there's a 20% tax included in the price.
And.. That price tag could also be a placeholder. Anyway I've made an order, so hoping to get it as soon as possible.
Upd. Expected to arrive in april
