In the past -- I know that sometimes a ViewSonic model shows up 12 months later in Europe. So, that's a data point. I don't have any dates.

Longtime readers know I clearly thought it was shipping earlier and dates kept changing (March, April, May, June are months ViewSonic told me) primarily due to parts shortages. So please don't trust the 2022 date -- treat it as second-hand rumor that was indirectly relayed to me in a fully unconfirmed manner with no month attached to it except the phrase "sometime during 2022". You will be angry at me if it does not ship in Europe in January 2022.

It's a fantastic monitor. It could still show up at a trusted 3rd party retailer that obtains wholesale unofficially to their warehouse and resell in EU (e.g. Amazon). I know sometimes Amazon jumps the queue if they recognize a business opportunity that preserves warranties, they get a freight container full of something from a different country and begin selling it.

right now it is avalible on taobao and i can get it shipped to germany for ~380€

would love to hear of the few that have one already or you chief, did you had any issaues with dead pixels on any unit ? guess you had a few to fine tune it ? would be a bummer if i order one via taobao and then it has dead pixels (not fropm shipping but from factory) ..

made preorder on bandh, gonna forward to kazakhstan, hope no dead pixels too, when they will ship, lol. Will cost 490$ for everything, included taxes and shipping.

Interesting about Taobao and Bandh options! So there's multiple indirect Europe options. A bit more risky than Amazon, though.

Hopefully there will be more direct Europe options!

I believe that BandH ships directly too, the reason I am using forwarding service is that they never failed me and they deal with customs clearance, also, shipping directly will cost me more and might be slow and unreliable.

The one I use is exclusive to my country, tho, if you really wanna use it, you'll get your item to kazakhstan, later you'll be able to ship it to your country, but I think it's not financially wise doing that. Better search some other forwarding service, that works with your country, probably there's a lot out there. GL with that.

The XG2431 just showed up on Amazon US, nothing aviable yet, you have to "Sort by: Newest Arrivals". I ordered anyway, its 436€ with tax and shipping to Germany.
