Hello,
I recently got an Acer NITRO XZ2, Model Name: Nitro XZ342CKP. Overall, seems pretty good, but it has some pretty bad rainbow artifacts. Just wondering if there was any known way to reduce this effect or just get a new monitor?

Is rainbow artifacts static or moving?
Are you able to photograph it?
Does it show up on any one of the 30 selectable tests at upper-right corner of www.testufo.com ?

I should mention this. It only shows up with VRB is turned on. I believe this is the anti-blurring implementation on this monitor.
They move with the image/pixels on the screen.
I tried to photo and video it. ( couldn't add video links )
It shows up in the Blur Trail test.

Re: Acer Nitro XZ342CK - Rainbow Artifacts
At beyond 5 posts, you are now able to post embedded images and videos now, just so you know.
Now, this is a weird artifact, that reminds me of KSF phosphor ghosting behavior.
Do you have VRB enabled or disabled? If you do, then turning off VRB should mostly solve this problem (I think). It is kind of a pick-your-poison behavior with KSF phosphor.

VRB was enabled, disabling it solves the issue. "Pick-your-poison" is right, with VRB disabled there is significant blurring. I'm going to be returning this and trying out another monitor. Thanks for the help!
