Vsync Help config

Hi guys! few months ago i bought an Acer XV240y Monitor 165hz.. this monitor has Freesync Premium and also compatible with Gsync.. but lately i've not been using Freesync compatible cuz its have so much ghosting! by the way my real question is now whithout Gsync Compatible.. how need to use the Vsync?

ON - OFF - Fast or Adaptative? because when i used the Gsync compatible i had turned on Vsync + Gsync.. but now im not using more the Gsync Compatible so i want to know wich option i'd choose better for my PC and enjoy the Games without Tearing and Stutter :)
