XL2430t - Best settings 2021

Hi Everyone,

I'll admit that I've had my Benq 2430t running at unoptimal settings for the last 4 years. I've googled plenty of posts on reddit/this forum as well as professional review guides and found some results from around 2017 - but there is plenty of conflicting information around and I'm reaching my wits end with this monitor.

But before I throw it out and buy a new monitor, I'd like to give it one last attempt. Maybe someone can help me with a very basic, dumbed down list of the best settings for what you consider the most accurate colour and best performance for gaming.

I currently play COD Warzone and CSGO mainly, and PC is able to sustain approximately 110-144 fps in Warzone (300 in CS).

I know that setting AMA to High gives me better "input lag" I would say.. it's snappier than just the lower AMA's..

Refresh rate in Windows/Nvidia: 144Hz

Picture Mode: Standard
Brightness: 100
Contrast: 50
Sharpness: 5
Gamma: 5
Color Temp: Normal
AMA: High

Blur Reduction: ON
Black equalizer: 0
Color Vibrance: 10
Low Blue Light: 0
Instant Mode: On
Auto Game Mode: Off

I then downloaded the blur busters strobe utility and set the following:
Persistence: 1 (far right)
Crosstalk: 0 (far left)
I'm also using the ICC profile from displaylag for the XL2430t

These are my current settings.

I've tried VT1350/1500 and 120Hz but it didn't play too nice with Warzone, and the custom resolution would reset randomly in Nvidia.

Hello! It's my first time on this forum, I don't even know if I'm sending this message correctly. I would like to know if you solved the problem. I use a bq2430T via displayport 144hz and I do not notice a fluid experience compared to other monitors, the colors are also horrible, did you find a solution? My eyes get very tired when I use this monitor.
