Benq Service menu

So I have read up on the benq service menu and it confuses the hell out of me, especially when it comes to the settings internet cafe, strobe duty, strobe phase and single strobe. I was wondering do any of these effect response time etc, as I am looking for the lowest response time possible, currently I have these settings:
Internet cafe - off
Strobe Duty - 013
Strobe phase - 000
Single strobe - off
