Hello,
What about this video on YT ("240Hz VS 360Hz by FPS Veteran feat. ASUS PG259QNR Monitor". We can clearly see that xl2546k is clearer (less blur) than the 360hz's one. What do you think about it?
BenQ XL2546K 240hz vs Alienware AW2521H 360hz
Re: BenQ XL2546K 240hz vs Alienware AW2521H 360hz
That's not really a significant difference in games though.

Re: BenQ XL2546K 240hz vs Alienware AW2521H 360hz
I have not used a 360hz monitor yet myself, but I will definitely say that at this moment in time, like is always true with newly released tech, 360hz monitors are overpriced. The manufacturers are just milking the early adopters for this new tech. The price tag should be in the $300-$500 area.
The Xl2546K dyac+ is pretty superb and that is evident when you see it performing better than $800 new tech... I would argue the XL2546K is overpriced in and of itself, but its still a top dawg if all you care about is clear screen and motion. I am definitely currently considering picking up the XL2546K myself. I would choose this over one of the new 360hz monitors easily. Not only cheaper by a good margin, but also performs better. 360hz wont be worth it until it comes down in price significantly. The difference between 240hz and 360hz seems like it is not that big real world gaming to pay a huge premium for it. Though I am saying that without having tried 360hz yet, just going by what ive heard and seen in videos.

Thanks for your answer. The price is not decisive for me because I can find it cheaper on occasion. I have already seen it around 400 euros.. Now I just ordered the Benq But I am very tempted to order the 360hz too to clearly know which is the best (then return one of them of course).

I would say take a look at VG259QM.
Above 200fps the VG259QM seems to be faster than the MSI, below 200fps MSI has better response times.
PG259QNR is great, but might be to expensive for your needs.
XL2546K is an overpriced TN panel with good marketing.
Personally I have a PG259QNR, but I got it cheaper and similar to Fr33thy, who is running AW2521H 360hz afaik, I was interested in checking input lag. So the whole package of IPS, 360hz and Reflex Analyzer was worth the price imo.
Paying 800$ for 360Hz alone? No.
Is this monitor excellent? Yes. I also have an Acer XF252Q (240hz TN). XF252Q was slightly better in UFO Test when looking at the ufos on dark background but the ASUS 360hz was slightly better when having the LoL game sceen scrolling with more brighter colours.
I have never tried XL2546K, but imo its an overpriced TN with good marketing.
"But 90% of pros are using it" - Yes, because they are sponsored.
A lot of Pros are also running their mouse at 500hz and 400dpi while it has been proven that higher Hz and higher DPI both lead to lower input lag.
I also don't understand why people compare XL2546K with DyAc on against 360Hz IPS without blur reduction.
I can compare my XL2411 with single strobe at 60Hz vs XL2546K at 240Hz without DyAc and guess what, XL2411 will have a clearer picture, does it make it better? Imo 240hz without strobing already provides a great picture without blur reduction. Yes you can still see some blur in a test like UFO Test but I wouldnt say it is relevant for actual gameplay.
In the end most of the monitors have a blur reduction technique like DyAc.
May be DyAc is tuned really well, but in the end it is simply BFI under a different label.
I can also activate motion blur reduction on XF252Q and on PG259QNR (144hz and 240hz only) and get a crystal clear image.
So long story short: I would by a solid 240hz IPS with blur reduction for a fair price. I was using blur reduction when I was playing on XL2411 (144hz) back then, but since I switched to 240hz I have tried it couple of times but decided to leave it off.

Re: BenQ XL2546K 240hz vs Alienware AW2521H 360hz
I just got my VG258QM and I'm now a TN fan, so I wouldn't tell people what to buy or avoid without at least mentioning the reason for your dislike. Out of the box colors looked even better than my PG279Q when calibrated to the best of my ability. I am SO happy with this monitor. My only considerations prior were the IPS version VG259QM, the Zowie X25F, and was researching the comparative MSI, Alienware, and other options. I gambled that this new TN would fix the complaints about the IPS version not being as fast, and was hoping it'd be at least on par with the Zowie or better in speed and color. With my experience so far, I think it really does, I LOVE this TN and the downsides are not a factor for me. I'm sure the pro reviewers will have the critiques about all the things I can't notice so far, but for it's price and my accumulation of competitors reviews I'm pretty sure about my gut feeling that this is the best new, or definitely at least one of, considerations for a gaming 240hz.
And yes, it's okay that people will be polarized about IPS or TN, I'm not saying one is better than the other, I'm sure I haven't seen every IPS and I might like one yet. But after 3 years of owning an 1440p 144hz IPS (where tanks and infantry can literally blur into rocks right in front of me no matter my color/contrast adjustment attempts) I can factually say that at least this is so superior in every way to the one I owned (specifically, not generalizing, I know I haven't seen newer IPS). I can now discern targets at any distance and hold over them with confidence. And it's just for sure faster and I wouldn't want to give this up for any "superior" IPS colors because this is good enough for me. All my games look better than ever I can't complain about that. I'm hyped again to get up and play all my old games again because it looks like seeing them for the first time again.

The monitors with DyAc+ can strobe at *400 nits* and still maintain excellent motion clarity.
You can't even tell that the persistence is slightly lower unless you were looking for it (I tested Persistence=25 and persistence 15 with brightness OSD set to 100. Persistence 15 was VERY bright. Too bright for comfortable daily use and probably dangerous at night).
By comparison, the XL2720Z with a VT tweak can go that bright only at Strobe Duty=020, which is 3.34 ms of strobe persistence which isn't very good at all (that's about equal to sample and hold 360 fps/360hz).

Yes according tests the ULMB on pg259qn is not bright enough and seems to be not optimal on ufo tests..and its working on fixed frames. Anyway I should try both of them ^^

any chance you could take some pictures and/or video of testufo with ELMB on but not ELMB-Sync, at 240/280 hz and maybe 144hz?
would be very interesting to see how the strobing and overdrive looks on this asus, compared to the vg259/vg279 IPS versions !

Re: BenQ XL2546K 240hz vs Alienware AW2521H 360hz
I think i am going for the BenQ XL2546K cause i mostly play PUBG, Quake Live (game is hardcapped at 250fps) and MW Warzone. So my frames wont go higher then 250 fps anyway. The colors are more vibrant on the BENQ from my understanding. Still not 100% though cause of Diablo 4....
