What is the advantage of ulmb 240 hz over ulmb 120 hz?
What are the pros and cons of each?

Not sure in detail but some basic advantages would be refresh rate smoothness, lower lag, slightly sharper image.
There are probably more cons than pros. 120Hz strobing tends to make more sense due to clearer strobe crosstalk.

240 Hz strobing:
- reduced stroboscopics / phantom array effects (Stroboscopics FAQ)
- lower latency
120 Hz strobing:
- Easier framerate=Hz for better "CRT effect"
- Reduced strobe crosstalk if there is refresh rate headroom
