How far can I push my laptop display?

Hello,
I got an Erazer x7815 with an 17,3" 60Hz display.
I can give it up to 106Hz until like half of the screen is filled with artifacts and weird stripes.
At the moment im running it at 90 Hz but im curious how much OC should be fine or anything I should keep in mind.
No frameskipping with the Motion Test.
That should be the display:
HSD173PUW1-A
I can´t post the Link to the Datasheet here...would have made things easier for you guys I think
