I don't understand if it's my acer that's having problems or they're all like this, the image is not clear, it seems slightly blurry, (I'm talking about static image not response times), beside I have an msi mag251rx and is much sharper…

I agree Slide. I also think 27 inches is too big. Even 24,5 is a bit bigger than what I like. I find 23 inches or 23,6 or 23,8 to be literally perfect for competitive gaming. Good Fov, good connection with the game, great peripheral vision, maximum focus.

We are not all equal tho and some people really like the bigger sizes.

For Single Player, and considering it costs as much as a great monitor... LG OLED C1 has no rival. I mean literally.. endgame screen for single player gamers. No need to look elsewhere. 4k, 120hz, OLED, infinite contrast, glossy, no blur, FreeSync/Gsync, extremely low input lag, HDR. I mean, this model will last for years as top of the line.

We need this kind of endgame on PC gaming monitors  (I predict that Mini Led 1080p 480hz screens + 14th gen Intel or Zen 5 CPUs + DDR5 at 6400mhz CL20 to provide 480fps, will be endgame stuff).
I have read many comments from you Notty and I'm very impressed about your experience and knowledge! I want to buy the actual best competitive monitor for Apex Legends. I have already the Zowie XL2746S and the Asus XG258Q 240hz TN panels here, but I would highly appreciated your actual recommendation! :)

Maybe the VG258QM, the old non "K" Zowie XL2546 or the new AOC 24G2ZU?

You don't really need a new one. Those are good monitors. Maybe wait a couple more years for something new to come out.

Hi newbie here, so I gather Notty_PT believes this and other 360hz+ monitors are not quick enough to push that amount of frames. But I am a little confused as to why they are so insistent the panel is not as good as 240hz ips tech. While it would be poor value, this monitor should be at least equivalent in response times at 240hz, no?

Can you upload original uncompressed photo of DSP24 so I can put it up on ufo database?

Yes.
it is a fairly marked ips with trailing like almost all ips on the market.
In addition to the other ips 240hz it has 390hz and strobing at 390hz which allows you to reduce the trails considerably (as long as you can play with 230 nits of light), my opinion is that if I have to use strobing then I go on benq with dyac, you get 350 nits and far superior clarity.
