Just saw it. Wat da hek is AOPEN FireLegend lol? And check out the slightly different name 25XV2Q F vs XV252Q F.
This Aopen is also cheaper at $450, $400 on sale he says. That is just insane. He didn't say anything about overdrive being disabled with freesync. Could it be that this one has it?

Watching the video review made me want the monitor more. Just hope it comes to canada quickly. I tried the Asus VG259qm but returned after 2 weeks. Ending up doing way worse on it then on my old 2015 144hz tn in valorant.

I would say no, looks exactly the same monitor. 200€ cheaper than mine :(

Hey man, how is it going? Question about your monitor. Does it throw you off to play games where you get over 350 fps and then playing others where you get like 180-240 fps? Like does the fluctuation throw you off or do you find it annoying to switch between games where the fps are marginally different?

@michaelcycle00
I always play VRR with 384 fps cap. Doom 2016 ( 200 fps engine cap ) and Doom Eternal ( 250fps-384fps ) are a pleasure with this monitor.

@reffp
With VRR OD is activated by default at normal mode ( not disabled ).

Beware the hype xd. In general IMO is a bit better than VG279QM 280Hz OD 80, isn't the night and the day.

Would be interesting to see how this one performs compared to PG259QN. As I see this is currently only available in North America?

I asked Bijan about this for Aopen model. He said he'll check later.
But on Nitro model overdrive is locked with freesync. It seem to be locked at OD Normal level as ms.potatoe says, so its not completely disabled.
