Change my AW2521HF

Hi,
i have an Alienware AW2521HF and usually play cod and warzone. before this i use xl2540.
I want to change my current monitor because i don't like the color and i prefer the TN panel for his brighter black.

So if i get the new XL2540k is an improve of performance? or you i will buy something else?

Keep your AW2521HF. Going back to XL2540 would be a downgrade, therefore a mistake. 2016 vs 2020 panel difference.
Color are definitely better on IPS. If u don't like deeper blacks use Dark Stabilizer feature from monitor osd, even tho Alienware can have strange implementation of it, adds some type of halo effect/sharpness applied to image. If Dark Stabilizer doesn't work for u use nvcp or amd setting to set it to your liking.

yeah the dark stabilizer have strange implementation.., and what about the XL2546S ? it have a new TN pane.. maybe could be an improvement?

All zowie monitors are TN panel and its old tech now in 2021 if u ask me. IPS is a new standard today.
If you are using nvidia gpu play with gamma or contrast settings in nvidia control panel.
Im not sure if there is gamma setting for amd tho. Buying new monitor just for brighter blacks just isn't a very good decision.
If you mainly play csgo there is a gamma command that might help with darker colors, try and look it up.
