Glitch screen on XL2546K @240hz when signing out

Post by phaze » 15 Jul 2021, 13:35

Hey guys,

I just purchased the XL2546K and I realized something happens when I signout only @240hz, The screen glitches as shown here

I reinstalled Windows, tried the combo for Restarting GPU (Ctrl + Shift + Win + B)

Tried Reinstalling GPU Drivers and trying old ones.

Still can't get to fix it.

Can't identify if its from the GPU or The monitor.

I've tested two different XL254K units and neither of those two had the issue that you described.
It looks like a defect, what cable are you using?

Check the monitor OSD to see if it switches refresh rate. If yes, then it's perfectly normal.
