Sorry for my english in advance )
Hi Guys,
I got a problem and I hope you got the answers for me.
So I bought myself the Alienware AW2521HFA like 1 week ago, as an upgrade to my BenQ XL2430. After setting it up, I went into a match of CoD Warzone. I quickly realised that the shadows where really bad and everything looked grainy/pixlish in comparison to my old BenQ.
I switch the DP-Cable like 5 times, went throught the whole OSD-Settings, the whole Nvidia Control Panel, checked if there´s like any Nvidia Ingame Filter.... I literally checked everything and nothing solved my problem.
So I sent it back to Dell and ordered a new one. After 2 days I got the new Monitor and the same problems again...
I read so many reviews about this monitor and everyone was saying, how good this monitor is, so Iam disappointed in so many ways....
A buddy of mine, has the 360hz version and for him everything is fine.
I contaced the Dell Support, but they also don´t know what to do.
Is there anything you guys might know that could help me :/
Iam adding one pic of the Benq and a few of the alienware, so you guys can take a look.
Thanks
