How to enable freesync on PG259QN?
So this monitor is supposedly compatible with freesync. But I cant see the option on the monitor, only in radeon software.

PG259QN has a GSYNC module. If u want to use it with AMD gpus just enable it in Radeon Software and in monitor OSD (G-SYNC Processor) if available. U can quickly enable "FPS Counter" inside OSD, play the game and test if it works.

Thats the problem. I can only activate freesync in radeon software. But i cant find the option to enable it on the monitor, GSYNC is greyed out.

Then it's enabled-locked if the Radeon software detects it as Adaptive-sync capable. In any case, do what Discorz suggests for testing in game.
You have this monitor since early July, has something changed?
