27" model has lowest lag elmb, not 25".
I'd go with either MAG or VG279QM then. 27" if u don't mind slightly bigger pixels at 1080p.

But don't rush. Maybe someone else here can give you better suggestions or advice.

I'll throw it out there that if you're coming from 60hz, I'm not sure you're going to immediately notice the difference between any of the known-good 240hz monitors anyway. I think it's reasonable for the pricing of your region to play a big part in your decision because they're all going to feel like big improvements.

I had a vg259qm for a week or so and to my eye, it seemed pretty good. I fiddled with its black frame insertion mode and it was a huge improvement compared to my old dell s2417dg's BFI--playing around with testufo I could really start to understand the appeal. in valorant, though, I found it pretty difficult to appreciate the difference. it's possible that I'm more of a stare-at-crosshair player than I realize, or that I'm just not that sensitive to blur. I also value VRR because I don't always play esports titles that can push consistent >240fps, and quality VRR+BFI implementations are still getting sorted. I ended up returning the vg259qm simply because I didn't want to drop to 1080p for desktop/non-gaming stuff.

Ofc i will not realize the diffrence between each 240hz monitor, because my brain will prob explode because of 240hz, but still it is a investment for a couple of years so i want kinda the best option for my use.
For working/coding a 1440p monitor would be better but im fine with using 3 monitors for it. And for the games i play i dont see the purpose of 1440p.
but the VG259qm was good in any other respects?

Okay since the VG259qm is atm only 30 bucks more than the AOC where i live and the mag is like an extra 50 bucks to the VG, i go for the VG. I hope it is a good choice for my purpose ;)

Its a solid choice, don't worry.

One thing you should know about VG is that it has bad lag at fixed 60Hz-99Hz (e.g. 1920x1080@60Hz). VRR 60 doesn't have that issue. Other refreshes are very good.

Who is playing fixed 60hz? If i go under 240fps in like a single player game(which i play not often haha) i go with g sync and it should be fixed?!

Yes. It shouldn't be a big problem because why use 60 when there is 280Hz.

You can check for dead pixels and uniformity. VG has good uniformity. Better than MAG deffo.
