S2522HG just went on sale for $259.99 USD so I ordered it, should have it in a few days. Glad I was able to get a 240hz monitor for under $300, definitely seems worth it at that price as long as nothing huge is wrong with it.

Here is the UFO Test ghosting results for S2522HG (This is the best I could do using a mobile phone camera. ISO125, 1/60 F1.5, 4900K):
Image

Response Time from left: Fast / Super Fast / Extreme

all on 240Hz using DP1.4

Preset Mode: Game 1
Dark Stabilizer: 0
FreeSync: Off
V-Sync: Off

In-game, my eyes can't tell the difference between Fast and Super Fast, so I'm on Super Fast mode currently. Extreme is terrible.

Oh wow man! That is very impressive for first time. Perfect camera tracking. ISO is just slightly on a overexposed side, or monitor brightness could be reduced. But you did a great job. Did it take a lot of time to make these?

Now we can confirm this monitor uses one of the fast IPS panels. Super Fast looks to be the best for 240Hz in this case. Notice how AW2521HF acts different with FreeSync enabled and disabled. Is it the same case with this monitor? And how is Super Fast holding on down to 144 or 60Hz. Any overshoot?

Here are all the AW2521HF shots from PC Monitors: 240Hz, 144Hz, 60Hz. Would you say they are the same or similar at lower refresh rates?

hi Discorz,

Yes the monitor is set at 80% brightness (default is 75%). It took me approx 1 hr maybe for a lot of shots, so I picked the best. I do believe this monitor is similar to the AW2521HF but a lot of reviewers prefer Fast mode (default).

I can't tell if FreeSync is enabled because my laptop does not allow the use of discrete graphics card regardless of the output used.

I did a quick ufo test at 144Hz & 60Hz, it seems there are a lot of ghosting if I use Super Fast. Fast is more appropriate at these refresh rates.
