I wanted to make this basic GIF/APNG animation for you guys to see how display motion blur work. Hopefully it clears some things out.
Blurinator 9000 is a software for LCD blur simulation. It is a great educational tool for demonstrating basic effects in LCD motion blur physics created by Marián Vlček. You can import your own images and play around.

The github downloaded version of Blurinator 9000 seems to be different from your GIF version. The github version don't have the refresh rate simulation.
