xl2546 problem with my eyes or monitor?

Hello everyone, I have a problem. I played for a week with the diac, my eyes were tired of him. I wanted to go back without dyac and the picture on my monitor now seems not clear (soapy), as if something broke. I deleted CRU did RESTART in it, but the picture is still not clear. Could I damage the monitor? Or is it a placebo effect? And the monitor has always been like this, but my eyes are used to DYAC and love it?
