ASUS VG259QM - Best CSGO/VALORANT settings

Hello, i just bought this monitor. Can you guys recommend me the best monitor settings for competetive games like csgo,valorant? Should i go 280hz / 120 OD or 240hz / 80 OD ? I play on 350-400fps. Also what about syncs?
And my another question is, when i play games where i cant definitely reach that much fps (like warzone,bf2042 etc.) what settings should i go for them?
And the last, what about colours? Thank you for your tips.
