ASUS ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Best settings, ULMB mode

Hello, I'm new to this forum, and I recently got a new monitor.
I was thinking what is the best settings for Asus 360hz monitor, do you use ULMB or G-Sync?
360hz 8bit or 240hz 12bit (ulmb) ? Racing mode or G-SYNC esports??
I play mostly Apex Legends capped at 190 fps, so it doesn't microstutter.
What is the best settings to use for this monitor?
