How does this monitor fair against the BenQ XL2546K with DyAc+?
I am wondering the same thing. I just ordered an XG2431 through the referral link. Sadly, I dropped my XL2546k while moving the other day and it did not survive. I was very happy with it, but I couldn't justify spending 500 on another one after hearing so many great things about the XG2431 which is 200 less. Should be arriving Thursday or Friday but I'm still eager to hear others' thoughts that have tried both.

Hi there, have just received an XG270. Couldn't get the XG2431 here in the UK.

Wondering if the BB Strobe Utility will expand to be compatible with other monitors (such as the XG270) in time?

Thanks, Jim

PS could you direct me to a which part of the forum or a thread that might help in setting the XG270 up? I am having trouble getting things looking right with PureXP turned on, things look a little weird. But then if I turn it off it looks weird in a different way because of the compensations to gamma and black stab I had to make with it on...

XG270 does not have the DDC commands to support the Strobe Utility.

If there’s a specific issue or quirk (e.g. IPS Glow) post a new thread regarding the XG270.

If you think it’s a warranty defect, open a ticket in ViewSonic’s support system.
