Best IPS 1080p 24" monitor?

Hi, can you help me pick a monitor? I need a monitor for gaming (mostly Quake Champions) but also for watching movies, video editing...so I'd prefer an IPS panel but it has to have a low input lag and high refresh rate. I have an eye on 24.5" Acer Nitro XV252QF but maybe there's something better?

I don't know if high refresh rate monitors with blur reduction use some techniques that could cause eyes strain but that can play a role in picking the right monitor...my eyes are pretty sensitive to light, I get eye strain from looking at HDR TV and my eyelids would often pulsate after a gaming session.

Monitor price is irrelevant unless it's something insanely high.

Following this i struggle alot with eye strain as well and my eyes are pulsating. I am addicted to computer screens and cant seem to cut down. Especially with lockdown where I am from
