Just received the Acer Nitro VG252QXbmiipx (24.5 IPS 240hz), what settings to choose?

So I just received one of these, and looking around the internet and I'm not seeing many threads or info on this specific model, the 24.5 IPS 240hz (as opposed to the TN with an almost identical name)
Anyone here have or had one? If so, is there a backlight strobing feature? what settings did you settle on?
I am still fairly new to world of "blur-busting" but I play Arena style FPS games, right off the bat it feels nice, but my only comparison so far has been an untweaked 144hz Dell monitor. Would like to know if the default settings can be changed to improve experience in arena FPS style games (e.g. Quake Live)
