Problem with the aoc 24g2u monitor

Hey,
I have a issue where i cant change the aspect ratio in the osd menu, playing games especially fortnite looks very zoomed in like I’m playing on a low fov. When i change fortnite to windowed mode its alot different, its smoother, aiming feels better. I also noticed that gaming with this monitor isn’t smooth like its not running 144hz properly.
The aspect ratio option is greyed out and says “Wide” i can change it in g menu but it does nothing.
