I wouldn't take either of the 2 if your goal is just a shooter whit minimum blur

Then what monitor is best for minimum blur? (without strobing)
Are there any 240Hz monitor(s) that have an average response time of 4.16?

a good tn will have much less blur than any ips.
Among the best tn without mbr:
-omen x25 or ozone dsp24
-if you like mbr (it sucks to me) xl2546k

if you have to stay on an ips the only one that is worth today is acer xv252qf, it will have blur but at least it has a very low input lag and excellent fluidity thanks to 390hz
