Hello, I want to get a 240hz monitor and I found on Youtube the XG2431 is apparently like the best 240hz 1080p monitor, but I don't see any pros using it. I know that I shouldn't copy pro setups but it's like a reference to me. I see a lot of people using the AW2518Hf or XL2546K, but never the XG2431. Hopefully someone can help me with these concerns:
I don't know if the monitor is still better than all/most (including the examples I gave) 240hz 1080p monitors without strobing, as well as whether or not it's actually usable on high/any strobing settings because of the low brightness, and whether or not I should even use it. I don't know if there's bad input delay making it worth it for clearer motion.
I don't know if its input delay or whatever is worse because it's IPS compared to these other TN panels
I'm curious if anyone can tell a difference or feel a different effect from 23.8" and 24.5"
Would you guys say that the XG2431 is better than most most commonly used monitors for competitive games and I should buy it, or is it like the same thing?
