1080p monitor to 1440p or any custom resolution

Post by striker333 » 11 Apr 2022, 19:19

I have 1080p monitor and using NVidia card and changed to a custom resolutions using NVidia control panel and cru software . I set the HZ to 180hz and used custom resolution like 2560*1440 and 2560*1600 and other 4:3 aspect ratio ofc the texture is more clear specially when playing games like apex but the problem is the texture is much smaller so I cant aim well in fps games so any way to use custom resolution without making texture and things smaller in game and if the monitor have native resolution like 2560 * 1440 is it gonna be having smaller texture like native 1080p converted to 1440 . and btw I am using 180hz which is much better than 144hz in terms of stuttering and input lag . can some one explain why i mean specially 180hz I tried 120 and 144 and 165 and even 200 . I can oc this monitor max to 200hz but it isn't good as set HZ to 180 .
