Hey Guys,

I also have this monitor but can not select “Allow variable refresh rate” on my Xbox one.

What settings do I need to change on the monitor or Xbox to do this?

My monitor has these settings:

Rampage response: Fast
Monitor Hertz Cap: Native 144hz

Resolution: 1920x1080
H Frequency: 134.9
V Frequency: 119.9
Pixel clock: 296.8

Xbox is set at 1080 and 120hx


Any help?

I don’t think freesync and 120hz will work for this monitor, it worked on another monitor that runs hdmi 2.0 acer XG270HU. Is xg2402 that has the lowest input lag right now? I think input lag is around 5ms when set to 120hz in xbox
