the only logical reson behind unexplained input lag and inaccurate sensitivity

hello , my name is mohammed from iraq , i've had heavy aim and huge input lag and weird sensitivity behavior on all devices ( pc , xb 1 -SERIES S_X - PS4 ) since 2015 or even before it, tried countless solutions from my mind and across the web but nothing worked at all except some works half a day then the issue returned , started to blame my body, but how can that be ? started some researches and found this

and after reading this did some tests before and fater increasing heart rate and noticed huge difference between the two states and you can do it yourself and see. but the same question remains how to fix this issue?

forgot to mention that in my case iv'e tried 3 places to see if its electricity or not and tried online & offline ups and rewired new wall outlet but didn't help at all so in your case it might be the electricity is the cause for your input lag

I tried 3 different places too. Onliny and offline UPS too.

Someone can explain why doing stream via TWITCH, Discord... or whatever, works worst input lag increases??? That can be one of the reasons...

With TOP gaming computers (3 different) and PS5 via streaming too?

What is top computer? if you have these kind of bottlenecks, your computers are not top.

I mean, it happens too with 3 different computers, all 4070, 4060 Nvidia.... good processor... And happens too with PS5 same input delay (increases a lot streaming).
