Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

Plugging OFF House lights, only with Power Station Charged but no connected to house (With Computer, router and Display on it). Problem still appearing randomly... IDK This problem not related to electricty problems i guess then....
it could still be electrical related, but the reason is in the internal circuit of the pc, have you tried to do something with the power supply? You mentioned that you completely de-energized your house and only powered from your station.
I saw a video where a guy was trying to figure out why his guitar was making a low frequency hum and it was because of the transformer that was powering his house. The sound was there even when he completely cut off power to the house.
How was the internet connected? Have you tried full-offline mode with bots?
