I will try different outlet but before that. I am gonna ask something cause you mention rtss. I am playin cs go and valorant when i cap my in game fps 150 i have just "fluctuation" but if i cap 200 i feel like everything heavy and like slow motion or if i uncapped my fps goes to 300-350 even 400 maybe but when fps drops the 200 or 250 everything looks like slow motion and feels heavy. Is that normal?
U want to cap the double of your refresh rate. As example

For 60hz: 60/120/240
For 144hz: 144/288 etc..u get it

If u have 144hz and u cap it at 200fps its gonna mismatch frames and that causes jitter motion
I see. This is also happen when fps drop 300 to 200 and you re sayin cause of this "If u have 144hz and u cap it at 200fps its gonna mismatch frames and that causes jitter motion". Am i right?
What u can do is, jump into a solo match, if u have 60/144hz or above, multiply the refresh rate of your monitor to fps. As shown in my previous reply.

If u still feel the heaviness after that, just reply back so i can help u further more.
I have 144hz monitor i capped my fps 288 and when my fps drop to 200ish still same."heaviness" Thanks for help btw dude.

U dont wanna drop fps, u always need to maintain the capped fps

Not a native english speaker huh? Cant really follow u. But thats okay

If it happens at 200 fps then cap it at 144fps then? If u still feel the heaviness then maybe disable monitor audio in device manager, or enable interrupt moderation and the level set to medium. Do u have electricity problems by any chance?

or try out gsync+vsync

Sorry for my english dude. I disabled interrupt moderation. It feels better this way. No electricity problem, its a old building but i dont remember something bust cause of electricity. I capped 145 games more playeble like that. But i dont understand why this "heaviness" happen only to me when i got 200-250 fps.

I can only assume that neither your CPU or GPU is running at a 100% load when you cap your fps at 145. Which leaves them room to breath! I went 2 pages back to check if you have shared any PC specs but I couldn't find any. When I used to play CSGO, my system would comfortably push 600ish fps range yet the game always felt a bit smoother and better on its default 400fps cap. all low settings with stretch res btw

Well yea it makes a bit sense now, I had a 9900KS a 2080TI coupled with 4000cl15 GSkill ram. and i felt my PC wasn't comfortable enough with fps uncapped.

"%1 ve %0.1" Its important i guess.

Re: Pc becomes faster/smoother during night time. During day time its slow/sluggish

same thing happens to me. mouse feels more responsive at night around 1:30 GMT, compared to during the day when it feels like my camera is moving in slow mo. completely screws up my hand eye co-ordination. Its not just games, desktop feels smoother too. If i set aside external factors, could there be any schedules window tasks that keeps running in the background but stops at that time?

I wonder if the problem is in the grid itself because its unlikely that it would start getting better at the same time every day if its was just some neighbour appliance. I do not have any radio towers nearby but I do live close to transmission lines.
