i fixed it now im on testing stage week one ( I want to make sure its not temporary) and all running smoth 100% almost 0 input lag im going to post a full tutorial soon

i fixed by making new ground for my PC outlet only and getting high quality cable ethernt "cat 8" and displayport all smoth game play and light mouse movemt like flying.

That's what probably fixed it, other things you did I already did as well and they didn't help. New ground is something one of electrician friend's I have told me might help. Mind telling us how exactly you did it?
