Not electricity but input lag "comes back" after new PC

IMPORTANT:
This subforum is for advanced users only. This separate area is for niche or unexpected lag issues such as electromagnetic interference (EMI, EMF, electrical, radiofrequency, etc). Interference of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction (ECC) latencies like a bad modem connection, except internally in a circuit. ECC = retransmits = lag. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

Not electricity but input lag "comes back" after new PC
Each time I upgrade my PC, this time to a 7600x, I think it is "finally fixed". Game runs smooth as hell, high frame rates, low input lag, good hitreg, etc. I noticeably frag better. Now almost a month later, the "lag" has come back. This is after moving to a new place as well. After the lag came back, even my fps is lower. It's like unstable. I used to get ~730 fps in csgo benchmark test and now I test it and it's around 600-650. Not a single setting touched. This weird issue somehow slowly creeps up out of nowhere everytime like a damn curse

Do you use AIO to cool your CPU and some RBGs around like on Rams or fans?
