Ok , power comes with big thick wires and high voltages , than main distributor transformers spread lines to 50/100/200 buildings and stuff.
You might have ground sure but what if only you have it and other houses you share grid dont.
We might catch a pattern there , sure you cant examine all buildings but you can take a guess.

I live in the most crowded area of my town and all building are old , there is no regulation for grounding in my country for those buildings construction date.
Do houses in your 5–10 km radius have grounding?

This subforum is for advanced users only. This separate area is for niche or unexpected lag issues such as electromagnetic interference (EMI, EMF, electrical, radiofrequency, etc). Interference of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction (ECC) latencies like a bad modem connection, except internally in a circuit. ECC = retransmits = lag. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.
