Input lag issues for a while

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

So I've been having input lag issues for a while now.
So yesterday I tested voltages using a usage meter.

I'm supposed to be getting 230v in my plugs but instead I'm getting 210-213 max.
I've noticed many times that my pc has way less input lag and games are playable at nights and so I noticed my voltage sometime goes as high as 222v at that time.

Also I've noticed that usually my PC works better after I leave it off/unplugged for a long time? I work and I usually leave the house for a week and so PC stays off at that time.

Any opinions on this ?
i have same issue, online ups with double-conversion little fix that, i dont have heavy mouse anymore, it stable all the time.

I've almost changed the whole power board and things are way better, but my ISP has been going crazy last 2 weeks.
I'm changing ISP in 1-2 days.
I believe I've resolved most of the power issues and everything is gonna be insanely better if not perfect after I get my new ISP.
