[Power/EMI] I discover why sometime PC become fast and low input lag and otherwise feel high input lag

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

Is anyone else here also considering going with the solar route? I mean it is pretty expensive and gimmicky to do but there are ways to make it cheaper and it is not as hard to set up as I thought it would be

- For example you can build a power effiecent rig that only uses 180w and runs games amazing for 500€. I already posted it here it is DeskMini x300 & Ryzen 5 3400g
- X2 150w Solar Panels are 100€ each and provide more than enough power for this set up
- Power Controller 25€
- 12v 100Ah Battery is around 120€
- 12v DC to AC power Inverter is 30€ but everyone suggests UPS or Inverter with Pure Sine Wave to protect components but it is much more expensive

So overall it costs 890€ or just 390€ if you already have a laptop to have 3-4 hours of juicy smooth gaming

Ok i think might figured out seem but said countless times but give shot seem EMI coming from monitor i using alienware AW2721D 240hz HDR but did same prior gsync monnitor. Out of countless things i bought including countless new PC parts, I got one of those $150 heavy shiwlded PSU cable from bestbuy for my PC. It seem to help but not all time.
So today bored i tucked my displayport cable under my PC and noticably better but seem to slowly creep back. I got idea take high end power cable from PC and use it on monitor and its working so. consistently stable no charge buildup.

So yea seem like more power PC consumes more floaty mouse gets. Even cell phone changers unplug them from wall even if in another room. also I had t go into my mom ipad turn off all facebook BS that counstiantly connecting online even that helped.

So yea try better power cable for monitor https://www.bestbuy.com/site/audioquest ... Id=6265862 plug into monitor and see what up. You can return it if doesnt work. Ill give update tomorrow.

Also what i said also about 8k viper high recomend if you play at high refresh make even smoother awseom and think working better becasue thicker better shielding cable.

Why not use a portable generator running on a gasoline? It is much cheaper.

is there someone who tried change main circuit breaker by new? asking who lives in house
Me and it didn't work, the problem is in the electrical transformer of the neighborhood.
yes, i asked my elec. provider to change transformer for brand new, after 2 days they come to change it, but still the same.

Maybe make a list of what worked and what was useless? for example

1. moving to another location - max effectively
2. solar panels - helped someone
3. electrolytic grounding - helped someone
...

And what does not help at all or for a short time UPS, filters, etc

And what not tested - toroidal transformer, faraday cage ...

And not just any location, I've switched 4 places and 3 cities, still no luck

I would definitely go with the pure sine inverter in our case, here in Germany i saw one for 180€ so not super expensive.

I agree saw few comments about buzzing noise and stuff with regular inverter and stuff so better to go with pure sine wave inverter
