Yes they really Need to understend this, maybie if they focus on network they can find solution, but 99% of ppl think Is Electricity or hardware so, rip.

But 100% with fresh PC portable on your house u Will get this problem 100% so its not Electricity, im also sure if u try same PC portable in ur friend house the problem go away and fix till u comeback ur house with ur internet! Do u see? Its Easy to check the problem Just get a portable PC and mouve in your very nice player friend house.

We are talking about nice PC and problem with games , oof if your PC Is slow for open Page or your mouse Lag on desktop its not network
